We use the GoHighLevel (GHL) platform to manage communications, customer data, and automation workflows.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account and login credentials
Ensure that all communications sent through our system comply with applicable laws and regulations
Obtain proper consent from your customers before sending SMS or automated messages
You are solely responsible for the content and legality of communications sent through your account.

5. Payments & Billing
Services are offered on a subscription basis, typically billed monthly.
Fees: $397 per month unless otherwise agreed
Payments are processed via Stripe
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for recurring subscription fees.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, systems, and materials provided by Susino Solutions remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.
You may not:
Copy, modify, or distribute our systems
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Use our branding without written permission
7. Disclaimers
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
Specific business results
Lead generation outcomes
System uptime without interruption
We are not responsible for third-party platform failures, including GoHighLevel, Stripe, or telecommunications providers.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Susino Solutions shall not be liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Business interruptions
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the past 30 days.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Susino Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your misuse of the services
Your violation of these Terms
Your failure to obtain proper communication consent
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason deemed necessary.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Services will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
11. SMS Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Susino Solutions, you agree to the following terms:
Types of Messages You Will Receive
Susino Solutions sends SMS messages related to AI receptionist services, appointment confirmations, customer support updates, onboarding instructions, and business automation notifications.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to 629-265-0447 . After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
